"I’ve been with this office since I first started driving, and while it was decent in the beginning, the service has steadily declined to the point it’s honestly disappointing. There’s essentially no follow-up, communication is inconsistent at best, and phone interactions often come off as passive-aggressive instead of helpful. As a long-term customer I no longer felt appreciated, just like another policy number they couldn’t be bothered with. What finally pushed me to leave was the complete lack of basic customer service. No check-ins, no accountability, and no effort to maintain the relationship. I switched to another State Farm office, and the difference is night and day. They actually follow up, take time to answer questions, and treat you like your business matters. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values its customers, because this location clearly doesn’t."

"I want to leave a clear and honest recommendation for Grethel. She not only reduced my policy by approximately 40%, but also significantly increased my coverage (around 150%), which is not easy to achieve if you truly understand how insurance works. What I value most is that she didn’t just focus on lowering the price. She took the time to adjust the policy strategically, explaining the options and making sure I wasn’t left exposed in important areas. In a market where many agents simply sell the basics or the fastest option, working with someone who understands the details and optimizes both cost and protection makes a big difference. Definitely recommended."
